Description
We are proud to announce the launch of the Align Fellowship in Comprehensive Gender-Affirming Surgery, a one-year advanced plastic surgery fellowship designed to prepare surgeons for independent practice across the full spectrum of gender-affirming surgical care.
Built within a high-volume, multidisciplinary practice performing 700+ gender-affirming procedures annually, fellows will gain extensive operative experience in facial, chest, body contouring, and genital surgery, alongside integrated clinical training, perioperative management, and outcomes-based research across multiple clinical sites.
Program Details
Duration: One Year
Positions: 1 Fellow Annually
Start Date: July 1, 2027
Fellowship Director: Dr. John Henry Pang
Associate Fellowship Director: Dr. Thomas Satterwhite
Eligibility Requirements

- Graduation from a US ACGME-accredited plastic surgery residency prior to fellowship start
