• Exceptional Earning Potential:
  • Competitive salary based on experience & duties:
    • Range of approximately $220,000 to approximately $280,000
    • Includes Location Differential at Schuylkill of $17,500 for full time work at this site

• • In addition, performance-based incentive eligibility
  • Additional bonuses available for service time equal to an additional ~20% of annual salary
  • Up to $30,000 forgivable recruitment loan along with a maximum retention bonus of $20,000
  • Extra payment also available for excess coverage
  • Total earning potential above the 90th percentile in many cases
