We are seeking a motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who thrives in an environment that values clinical autonomy, problem-solving, and building innovative models of care.

We are a Direct Primary Care Model.
What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive primary patient care across the lifespan, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Manage both acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based and integrative approaches
Interpret advanced lab testing and diagnostics
Perform in-office procedures and therapies (training available depending on experience)
Collaborate with the medical team to develop innovative treatment strategies
Contribute to practice growth, systems development, and clinical excellence
Ideal Candidate
Licensed FNP
Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working with a high level of autonomy
Interest in functional medicine, longevity, performance optimization, or advanced therapeutics
Enjoys problem-solving complex cases and helping patients reach meaningful health improvements
Minimum 3 years experience, 5 or more years preferred
