POSITION SUMMARY:
Join a mission-driven team providing compassionate care to underserved patients in our community. Gloucester Mathews Care Clinic (GMCC) is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner with a heart for our mission who is passionate about making a meaningful impact and building relationships with patients who need it most. This position plays a lead role in the operations of GMCC, providing advanced clinical medical practice to the patients of the GMCC in collaboration with the Medical Director, Clinical Coordinator, Practice Manager, and other providers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis and treatment
Manage chronic and acute conditions with a patient-center approach
Collaborate with Clinic Coordinator, Practice Manager, and Medical Director
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Virginia licensed Nurse Practitioner with at least one-year primary care practice
Licensed to prescribe in the state of Virginia
Strong clinical and communication skills
Commitment to serving underserved populations
