Position: Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Join a dedicated and highly respected Internal Medicine team at FHN Burchard Hills Family Healthcare Center. We are seeking a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our multi-specialty practice that focuses on comprehensive adult and geriatric health. This role offers clinical autonomy and the benefit of a predictable, light call schedule, allowing you to build deep patient relationships while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.


The Opportunity

• Compensation Range: $121,529 - $160,593

• Adult & Geriatric Focus: Focus on the diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care for the adult population, managing chronic conditions and preventative health.
• Balanced Call: Participate in a light 1:16 call schedule (telephone call only), ensuring you have time to recharge.
• Collaborative Team: Work alongside a supportive network of Internists and fellow NPs, ensuring you can focus on what matters most: your patients.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate (DNP) in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP acceptable).
• Current Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative practice agreement.
• A passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care based on respect and dignity in a rural healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a cooperative spirit for team-based care.
