Min = $100,495.83
Mid = $130,644.58
Max = $160,793.32
Summary:
The Outpatient Surgery Manager is responsible for achieving departmental objectives through effective staff management, planning, and evaluation of departmental activities. They work in collaboration with the Director of Pre-Post Surgical Services for the Outpatient Surgery Department (OSD) to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Operational and Financial Oversight: Works alongside the reporting director to manage the operational and fiscal aspects of OSD, including forecasting requirements, collaborating on annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating coaching or corrective actions to achieve organizational goals.Data Analysis and Quality Improvement: Collects and evaluates data relevant to quality and performance improvement initiatives in perioperative services. Ensures consistent quality service by enforcing standards, resolving issues related to quality or customer service, and implementing solutions.
Team Management: Oversees the OSD team by representing and embodying Onvida's pillars and values by assessing personnel performance, interviewing, selecting, and providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback. Encourages professional growth among team members.
Change Management and Collaboration: Coordinates, facilitates, and manages change within OSD demonstrating strong communication, consultation, negotiation, and collaboration skills with team members and stakeholders.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Acts as a facilitator or member of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and plan OSD patient care effectively.
Additional Responsibilities: Performs other duties as assigned to meet departmental and organizational needs

Essential:
* BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS)
* PEDIATRIC ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT (PALS)
* ADVANCED CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT (ACLS)
* REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
Education:
Essential:
* BACHELOR'S DEGREE
