Job Summary

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in San Antonio, TX. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a wide range of patient needs and building long-term relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum primary care including preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management
• Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and routine screenings
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
• Previous experience in family medicine or primary care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Compensation

• MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Outpatient only
