We require:
- Completion of an accredited Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program
- Current NY State NP License and Registration
- Valid DEA number
- ANCC/AANP Certification
- Experience in complex patient management as a Nurse Practitioner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on patient-centered care
- Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy / Biotherapy Certification
- 1-2 years of Outpatient Clinical Oncology/Chemotherapy Patient Management experience
- Proficient in ordering Chemotherapeutic & Immunotherapeutic regimen
- Demonstrate expertise in infusion protocols
- Proficient with EMR/Office/Microsoft Outlook applications
We prefer:
- Skilled in managing complex oncology patient cases
- Skills in providing comprehensive education and support to Oncology patients/families
- Certification as an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP)
Salary: $145,904 - $166,654/yr.
