The Allergist/Immunologist provider will diagnose, treat, and help prevent allergic diseases and disease processes affecting the immune system.

We are seeking a highly qualified Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to join our growing practices in the Midland, TX.
- 4 to 5 days available
- Broad spectrum of pediatric and adult patientsWell-established, full-service allergy/immunology practice
- Turn-key operation - patients, equipment, experienced staff, and office space
- Variable compensation: base salary + productivity bonus
- Benefits package includes (but not limited to): PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical/Dental/Vision (30+ hours to qualify), CME Stipend, medical liability and tail coverage, etc.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Ability to build strong rapport with patients of all ages.
Demonstrates clinical decision-making, leadership, and accountability.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with patients and care teams.
Thrives in a fast-paced, outpatient environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in EMR systems.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) required.
Prior experience in allergy, asthma, pulmonary, or internal/family medicine preferred.
Previous EMR experience required.
