Position Overview
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a physician-led internal medicine practice in San Antonio. This role is ideal for an NP who values relationship-based care, continuity with patients, and practicing medicine with time to think — not rushed volume-driven visits.

You will work directly alongside Dr. Hoan Pho, MD, in a well-established practice with a loyal patient base and strong clinical systems already in place. Our model blends preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.

 
Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up and routine patient visits
• Manage chronic conditions in collaboration with physician
• Review labs and diagnostic studies
• Provide preventive care and wellness visits
• Coordinate referrals and specialist care
• Document accurately in the EMR
• Participate in patient education and care planning

 
Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Texas
• Interest in internal medicine or primary care
• Strong communication and patient rapport
• Comfort working in a physician-collaborative model
• Desire for stability and long-term practice growth

Prior internal medicine experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

 
Compensation & Schedule
Base Salary:
$105,000 – $125,000 annually
(approximately $55–$65/hour based on experience)

Schedule:

• Full-time weekday clinic hours
• No nights
• No hospital rounding
• No on-call requirements
