What you’ll do as a Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon:
- Provide expert evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for foot and ankle conditions, including trauma, sports injuries, deformities, arthritis, and complex reconstructive needs.
- Perform foot and ankle surgeries, including arthroscopy, fracture management, tendon/ligament repair, ankle replacement, and minimally invasive procedures.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that may include surgical and nonsurgical approaches.
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and ultrasound.
- Collaborate with orthopedic partners, physical therapists, podiatrists, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications you’ll need:
- Graduated from an accredited Medical School
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
- An active New York Medical License
