Location: Providence Community Health Center's CENTRAL HEALTH CENTER. Providence, Rhode Island
This PCHC location has recently been expanded and renovated! Join our amazing team of Clinicians!
A rewarding opportunity to bring quality care to an underserved population:
- This opportunity is for 4-day outpatient primary care position.
- Collaborate with a terrific team of clinicians from all specialties including integrated behavioral health counselor, dentists, optometrists, asthma-allergy specialist.
- Your team would include a dedicated Medical Assistant and a shared RN
- EMR is Epic
We seek clinicians with a heart for community health.
Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with Interest in community health and patient-centered care;
Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island
