Overview:

The Resident Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of a skilled nursing facility, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and support. This position requires a strong understanding of critical care practices, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The Resident Manager will work closely with healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all residents.

Duties:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the residence, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor residents' health status by assessing vital signs and understanding physiological needs.
Collaborate with medical staff to implement care plans for residents.
Maintain accurate records of residents’ health conditions, treatments, and progress.
Provide training and support to staff.
Facilitate communication between residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements

Active RN/LPN license in Oregon.
Experience in skilled nursing is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
