Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in southcentral Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time, Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Rockford, IL. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, with an interest in providing high quality personalized care to patients in a well-established and robust practice.

Opportunity:

• Practice is located in our Rockford Medical Building Clinic in Rockford, IL
• Monday through Friday (8am-5pm); NO weekends or holiday rotations
• Assist with growing this practice and providing better access for our patients

Experience/Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• Current IL RN license and Current IL APRN license OR Current IL PA license
• Current DEA
• ATLS, other certifications as required
