We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Business Manager - Wealth and Premier Solutions (WPS).

The Senior Business Manager - WPS will play a pivotal role in supporting the business and operational needs of the Lending and Transaction Banking teams within Wealth and Premier Solutions, driving the strategic agenda for International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB). Reporting to the Head of Business Management - Retail Products, this role sits within the WPS Business Management structure.

The successful candidate will need to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple evolving priorities and collaborating across teams to ensure seamless execution.

In this role you will:

• Work on strategic execution by supporting organizational change and delivering the committed cost optimization benefits for WPS by working in collaboration with Finance, HR and COO to validate and report on committed benefits, for both FTE and total financial benefits (actual, forecast and target).
• Support the transition of the two Retail Product teams - Lending and Transaction Banking - into the Wealth and Premier Solutions structure.
• Oversee cost management; manage cost FRP, forecast and tracking and provide management updates for WPS Retail in partnership with Finance.
• Manage ongoing recharges, methodology review and resolve enquiries from markets
• Coordinate and ensure Global Development Funds (GDF) allocation into direct cost base by working closely with Lending team and Finance.
• Support Cost centre monthly accruals and reconciliation
• Spearhead workforce management and team operations by supporting hiring, consultants onboard and workforce plan for WPS Retail
• Support daily team operation including travels and BCP plans as per need.
• Support team engagement activities as per need.
• Work on business and commercials by assisting Head of Business Management - Retail Products when needed and coordinate across teams to support Head of Lending and Head of Transaction Banking on business and commercials activities as per business agenda.

To be successful you will need:

• Extensive experience of large budget/financial and business planning experience with high degree of financial acumen.
• Experience in cost and workforce management, including understanding of direct and indirect costs.
• Ability to work flexibly and independently at fast pace with limited information and respond quickly to multiple and changing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver senior management-ready, high-quality materials.
• Strong presentation and communication skills (written and oral) and attention to details.
• Ability to demonstrate a high degree of credibility and implement impactful business initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural environment with global and market teams.
• Ability to drive initiatives and deliver within deadlines by working independently.
