Urgent Care- Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant- PPG Prompt Care Sweetwater

Responsibilities:
APP- Urgent Care

Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting for an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team.

In this role you will:

• Provide medical services to individuals, families and/or groups, including: annual physicals, preventative care, wellness counseling, immunizations and health screenings.
• Emphasize health promotion as well as acute and chronic disease management.
• Augment a physicians ability to provide medical services to patients.
• Collect and document data, conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order and schedules laboratory studies and professional consultations and provide direct patient care services.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years experience working as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

Masters, Bachelors Degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification
