Join a respected private vascular surgery practice in Ocala, Florida, as the future senior lead surgeon upon the retirement of the current leader and founder. This is a rare opportunity to step directly into a 30year, fully established patient base from a retiring physician who will personally introduce you to patients and referring providers to support a seamless transition.
The practice is known for its very highvolume, outpatient-based clinical model, strong reputation, and robust regional demand for vascular services. A second surgeon hire is planned as the practice continues to expand.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $550,000

Clinical Scope
Join a fully developed vascular platform offering comprehensive outpatient care, including:
- Fullservice OBL
- Full suite of vein services
- Opportunity to develop a Wound Care program if desired
- Advanced Venous Disease service line
Qualifications
- Fellowshiptrained Vascular Surgeon
- RVPI certification required
- Experience working in a Level1 Trauma Center
- Board certified / board eligible
- Eligible for Florida medical licensure
- Eligible for coverage under practice's liability insurance
- Fully credentialed with Medicare, Medicaid, and most contracted payors
- Able to obtain and maintain medical staff privileges at required hospitals
- Comfortable with independent practice supported by experienced APPs
- Strong interest in highvolume procedural work
