Description

Camp Wayne for Girls is a traditional sleep-away camp for 250 wonderful girls between the ages of 7-15.  Established in 1921 and nestled in the corner of beautiful northeastern Pennsylvania (just 2.5 hours from NYC), Camp Wayne for Girls is the sister half of a "brother-sister" camp, set upon 450 acres of groomed campus areas, open fields, lush forests and a magnificent 95 acre spring fed lake. 

All nurses live in clean, private rooms in our brand new Health Center.  You will also enjoy ample wifi and private bathroom and private kitchen.  We think it's a lovely camp with a very warm, down to earth atmosphere.  We hire five nurses per summer and nurses work a 6-day week and are welcome to enjoy all the amenities Camp Wayne has to offer.

We provide a very competitive salary, full room/board, travel stipend and full reimbursement of PA license should you need that.  

It is a wonderful way to spend the summer.  If you love nursing and love children it is a great way to combine two things that you love.

Requirements

-Must be a licensed nurse in good standing and be able to be away from home and move to camp for eight weeks.

-Must possess the right temperament to work with children

-Must be ready for an amazing summer!!!
