Job Overview
Seeking and experienced RN Leader who will be responsible for developing and managing a team of perioperative nurses, surgical technologists, and sterile processing staff, working closely with surgeons, and administrator. The role blends clinical oversight with management responsibilities, The position will focus on patient safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with State, CMS and Accreditation organization requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain established procedures that ensure patient safety, quality, and an excellent patient experience.
Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and supply inventories.
Ensure strict adherence to nursing standards, infection prevention, safety protocols; monitor patient feedback. 
Develop and maintain a positive work environment 

Requirements

Qualifications

Licensure: Current North Carolina RN license; BLS and ACLS certification 
At least 2 years in nursing management, preferably in an ASC setting; ophthalmology experience is a plus 
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple priorities; proficiency with electronic health records in an ASC environment
