Texas APP locums, centered on a true 7 on, 7 off CVICU block with Epic workflow and strong MD support, designed to fit cleanly into a predictable monthly rhythm.

Practice Setting

• Inpatient CVICU coverage, adults only
• Service averages 35 to 40 patients per day with 5 to 8 assigned for rounding
• APP team model with 1 to 2 other APPs plus MD support

Schedule

• 7 on, 7 off rotation
• 12 hour shifts, 7a to 7p
• No call requirement

Cases and Procedures

• Full scope CVICU patient management
• Standard bedside procedures

Requirements

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Board certification required
• Active Texas license required, facility will not wait for license
