Nurse Manager – Operating Room

Upstate New York

I'm working with a well-established, community-based hospital in the Upstate New York region that is looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to lead their Operating Room department.

Position details:

• Monday through Friday
• Leadership role with real autonomy
• Supportive, Magnet-recognized nursing culture
• Tight-knit community hospital environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Active RN license in New York State
• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Prior OR leadership or charge RN experience
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Passion for high-quality, patient-centered surgical care
