Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine nurse practitioner to join the dynamic team at Hawks Prairie Family Medicine in Washington. This is a full-spectrum practice focused on high-quality care in a collaborative team environment. This medical home modeled facility offers embedded services such as clinical pharmacy services, diabetic nutrition, and onsite lab and radiography. Full-time position
This is an unpaneled provider position who sees patients part of the day, and helps cover provider inboxes while PCPs are out of office on PTO/CME
4-to-5-day workweek options with shared after-hours phone call
No weekends
Compensation is between $144,590 and $195,563 per year
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

Providence Hawks Prairie Family Medicine Clinic offers full-spectrum Primary Care services to patients of all ages. clinic medical staff care for all ages. While the clinic offers a robust range of services across, Pediatrics, Physical Therapy, Diagnostic imaging, Primary Care, and more, the clinic is specially trained to handle women's health - before, during and after pregnancy as well as in preventative care for newborns and children.
