A management group in Indiana is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide quality patient care for a Locum Tenens assignment.

Assignment

• Dates: 07/13 - 12/31/26
• Schedule: Tue & Wed: 9a-7p Thu & Fri: 6a-4p
• Setting: Outpatient
• Call: None
• Volume: 12-15 per day
• Patient Ages: 8 years and up
• Procedures: Limited
• Cases: Episodic, Immunizations, Flu Vaccination, CLIA waived testing (Rapid strep, glucose, urinalysis, cardio check, Influenza), Biometrics, Physicals, Labs (ordered internally and outside providers)
• Support Staff: RN, 2 MA's and a Front desk
• EMR/Charting: Epic, OHM

Requirements

• Boards: Board Certified; Board Eligible
• Certifications: BLS; DEA
