Description
Swedish Medical Group is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join its growing Kidney and Liver Transplant Program in Seattle, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary transplant team based at the Swedish Organ Transplant Center on the First Hill campus.
The selected candidate will provide inpatient and outpatient care for kidney and liver transplant patients throughout the continuum of care, including pre-transplant evaluation, post-transplant management, and long-term follow-up. Working alongside transplant physicians, surgeons, pharmacists, social workers, and dedicated nursing support, you will play an integral role in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered transplant care.
Prior experience in transplant medicine, nephrology, hepatology, internal medicine, critical care, or another relevant specialty is preferred, but not required. Comprehensive onboarding and mentorship will be provided by an experienced transplant team.

Combination of inpatient and outpatient Kidney and Liver Transplant care, along with hepatology care
Join a multidisciplinary transplant team serving patients across the Pacific Northwest
Collegial and supportive practice environment with dedicated RN, MA, pharmacy, and social work support
Comprehensive onboarding and specialty training provided
Potential shared call responsibilities, including approximately a 1:8 weekend rotation supporting transplant inpatients and urgent outpatient needs
Located on the Swedish First Hill campus in Seattle, Washington
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation is between $138,504 and $181,614 per year
Compensation may include productivity, quality, service, and call incentives as applicable to the position
CME allowance and professional development support available
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and malpractice coverage
