Description
Dr. Tural, a solo general pediatrician in Fall River, MA, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (pediatric or family) for outpatient general pediatrics in a well-established practice serving a loyal patient community.
SCHEDULE
Full-time, five days per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-5:00 PM. Saturday clinic (9:00 AM-12:00 PM) and on-call coverage are shared among the practice's providers on a weekly rotation. You work Saturday clinic only during your on-call weeks.
SUPPORT
Dr. Tural is available for consultation on clinical questions, including during on-call weeks.
PATIENT VOLUME
Typically about 20-25 patients per day once established.

Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program
- National certification as a Pediatric NP (PNP-PC) or Family NP (FNP); FNPs should be comfortable caring for children from newborns through adolescence
- Unrestricted Massachusetts RN license with nurse practitioner authorization
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a practicing NP
- Eagerness to learn and adapt
Before the start date, candidate must obtain the following:
- DEA registration, Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration, insurance credentialing (MassHealth, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts Health Plan, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare), and enrollment in the practice's ACO (BookmarkMedical)
