Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Job Details:

• Work day/evening/night rotating shift schedule with on-call and callback responsibilities
\n• Float to other units as needed
\n• Work holidays and weekends per unit needs
\n• Care for a wide variety of patients across multiple specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, urology, cardiac, neuro, vascular, ophthalmic, GYN, ENT, thoracic, oral-maxillofacial, and trauma
\n• Operate in Level 1 trauma center environment
\n• Work with 2 DaVinci robots used by multiple services
\n• Support transplant program involving livers, kidneys, and hearts
\n• Must be able to both scrub and circulate
\n• Two years of operating room experience required, Level 1 trauma experience preferred
\n• NY state RN license required
\n• BLS certification from American Heart Association required
\n• ACLS certification preferred
\n• Telemetry experience highly desired
\n• Preferred experience with specialty cases including transplants, plastics, reconstructive surgery, craniotomy, and strong orthopedic background
