AVA is seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon to join our established, outpatient Office-Based Lab (OBL) in Nashville, TN. We treat Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) and superficial and deep venous disease using the latest interventional technology, in a setting built around continuity of care and physician autonomy, not hospital bureaucracy.

This is a rare combination: high-acuity vascular work, a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, and a real path to ownership.

What You'll Do

Perform advanced interventional vascular procedures, with a primary focus on PAD treatment and venous interventions
Deliver patient-focused care from consult through follow-up, in a single outpatient setting
Build your practice through community outreach, referral relationships, and patient education
Partner with a network of vascular centers and a corporate team that handles the business side, so you can focus on patients
Step into a leadership or ownership role as the practice grows.

Requirements

Qualifications

MD or DO, board certified or board eligible in Vascular Surgery
Completion of an accredited Vascular Surgery fellowship
Active Tennessee medical license, or ability to obtain one
3+ years of interventional/vascular experience preferred — strong recent fellowship graduates are also encouraged to apply
A genuine interest in practice building, community outreach, and patient education

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm No weekends or holidays
