Job Overview:
Vein and Artery Surgical Consultants is seeking a board certified or board eligible vascular surgeon to join our growing private practice. The ideal candidate is proficient in open and endovascular management of vascular disease with emphasis on peripheral arterial disease and dialysis access, and shares a passion for quality, innovation, and teamwork. This is a unique opportunity to care for patients in hospital and ambulatory surgical center (ASC) settings in collaboration with network of nephrologists and primary care physicians. No ER call. Group call 1:3
IAC accredited vascular lab
Dedicated APP and vascular surgery support staff
Two half days clinic / week
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive vascular surgery care including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
Perform open and endovascular procedures to treat vascular conditions in hospital and ASC settings
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care for medically complex patients
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical records in compliance with hospital and legal requirements
Stay updated on the latest advances in vascular surgery and participate in continuing education to maintain board certification

Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
Board certified or board eligible in Vascular Surgery
Licensed to practice in the state of Texas or eligible for Texas medical licensure
Excellent communication and patient care skills with a commitment to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to diverse patient populations
